Headshots should display a large variety and diverse range of moods to highlight your different facets as a performer, model or artist -- giving you powerful tools to get the roles you want in TV, film, theater and fashion. In addition, I can shoot unique artistic images you can use for all kinds of self-promotion. My goal is to create high-quality headshots with natural or studio light (or both), and location shoots are definitely an option as well. In a free consultation, we'll discuss how you see yourself and how you want to be seen, and how we can tailor the shoot to discover and emphasize your personality. I love hearing client’s ideas for the shoot and I strive to make every session a memorable experience!
Digitally Tailored Shoot
You are one of a kind -- so your photo session is designed to showcase your talent. I shoot digitally, so I will periodically review images from the shoot with you as we go. I can shoot in a variety of locations -- at my place in north Denver, at your apartment or home (my equipment is mobile and can be set up nearly anywhere if you choose studio lighting) or at a location of your choosing (again, some of my equipment can be used to supplement natural light outdoors). I guide you throughout the shoot, and create a positive environment where you can really be yourself and, together, we shape the shoot to create beautiful images.
Location Shoots
A photo shoot in a location that you find inspiring or beautiful can give you a more confident and focused attitude, and that emotion can give your portraits a vibrance and added uniqueness. You may want to be photographed in your home or at a dynamic space such as a local Denver park or other scenic location if that is where you feel most comfortable, and I will work with you on the place and time to find the background and lighting to best frame the subject of the picture...YOU!
